| engagements or private events. Please print 2 copies. A copy should be signed and dated by employer or person in charge of event and returned along with a 50% deposit. |
| Once a price, venue, date and time are agreed upon, |
| Carlos & Joe will return a signed and dated copy to the employer or person in charge of event by mail or |
| arrangements can be made for pickup by calling in advance. |
